Avocado Corn Salsa

Quick and simple, you can have this dip out and ready for guests in no time.

  • 1 jar (226 g) Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky Salsa
  • 1 medium avocado, stone removed, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tin (325 g) sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 small handful coriander, chopped
  • 1 bag Old El Paso™ Original Nachips™


1. Mix together the salsa, avocado, sweetcorn, peppers and coriander, until combined.

2. Serve with the tortilla chips on the side.


For added zing, stir through a little lime juice.

Make it hotter, by stirring 1 finely chopped red chilli into the salsa.
